Dr. Vujjeni is contracted with most insurance plans.  Please verify with your insurance carrier before you call for appointment.  If Dr. Vujjeni is not contracted with your insurance plan, you are responsible for “out of network” payment plan at the time of your visit.

Co-payments and deductible are due at the time of visit.  Please verify your insurance benefit coverage with your carrier before the office visit.
